Washington Road Revamp!

You might notice this newly refurbished building at 3309 Washington Road across from the Nissan dealership. The JT property management team recently worked with the building owner to give this building a facelift. The new tenant is Watanut. Brian Kyzer is the owner of the Augusta Watanut franchise. Brian says, “Watanut is kicking off our 10th anniversary year with a great new location, thanks to the help of our friends at Jordan Trotter.” Over the years, Watanut’s high-quality, original products have attracted customers far and wide to discover deliciously unexpected nut mixes, crisp, buttery shortbread cookies, and exceptionally creative gifts for any occasion. The newly remodeled facility includes an expansive 10,000 square foot retail store, bakery, production and shipping facility. “We are so grateful to the Augusta community for their continued loyal support. And excited to share new products with Augusta, like our gourmet ice cream sandwiches –  that have been so successful at our Amelia Island store. We hope Augustans will Go NUTs for our handmade ice cream sandwich bar,” said owner Brian Kyzer. The new facility provides Watanut with prime Washington Road visibility and is centrally located between Evans, Downtown, and North Augusta. “As everyone is aware, the real estate market has been tight.
