Brittany serves as Jordan Trotter Commercial Real Estate’s Lease Administration and Operations Manager. In this capacity, she plays a critical role in supporting the entire Jordan Trotter team, ensuring that transactions, documentation, and day-to-day operations are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Her behind-the-scenes leadership helps streamline processes and enhances the level of service delivered to clients across the firm’s brokerage and property management platforms.

Brittany is instrumental in managing lease administration, coordinating internal systems, and supporting operational workflows that allow the brokerage team to focus on client relationships and strategic execution. Her organization, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence contribute significantly to the firm’s reputation for professionalism and client-focused service.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Brittany brings a strong background in retail operations and management. Prior to joining Jordan Trotter, she managed retail operations for 10 Pandora Jewelry locations across Georgia and Ohio.
