2013 – What a Year!

Dunkin’ Donuts & Firehouse Subs – 

Jordan Trotter will be breaking ground for a new Dunkin’ Donuts & Firehouse Subs in November. The retail development will be located on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, GA. JTCR acquired the site, managed all design and permitting and will oversee the construction of this project.  These two restaurants are a long overdue addition to the south Augusta market, and we wish our new tenants great success!

McDonald’s Grand Opening – 

Jordan Trotter was excited to be apart of McDonald’s grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on November 1, 2013. The new restaurant is conveniently located on Jimmie Dyess Parkway in Evans, GA. Wishing them great success!!

WifeSaver Restaurant – 

Jordan Trotter assisted in the acquisition of a new site location for the WifeSaver at 1501 North Leg Road, Augusta, GA across from the new Walmart Supercenter. Wishing them continued success!

Trotter Orthodontics – 

Jordan Trotter completed brokerage and development advisory services to Trotter Orthodontics for a new location in Riverwood Plantation in Evans, GA. Trotter Orthodontics will be opening up the Spring of 2014.  Wishing them great success at their new location!

Teleperformance Augusta – 

Jordan Trotter completed brokering of the renewal expansion  of Teleperformance Customer Service Center  at 2807 Wylds Road in Augusta, GA on August 1, 2013.   Teleperformance will add 130 new jobs to the local economy. Wishing them well on their newly added space!

McDonald’s – 

Jordan Trotter acquires a new location for McDonald’s at the intersection of Jimmie Dyess Parkway & Frontage Road in Augusta, GA. Looking forward to their grand opening in the fall of 2013.

Sprint Foods – 

Jordan Trotter acquired additional acreage for Sprint Foods to expand its Store #701 location at the intersection of Gordon Highway & Barton Chapel Roads in Augusta, GA. Wishing them continued success!

New Dollar General Stores – Dewy Rose & Elberton, GA – 

Jordan Trotter completed the development of two new Dollar General stores in Dewy Rose and Elberton, GA on July 1, 2013.  Congratulations Dollar General, wishing you great success at your new locations!

Poblano’s Mexican Grill – 

Jordan Trotter sold Poblano’s Mexican Grill as an income property to a local investor.  The property is located at 341 Baston Road,  Martinez, GA.

Savannah Harley Davidson –

Augusta Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists, PC –
